Why K9 Fundamentals

The best time to shape your dog's behavior is at the start. K9 Fundamentals gives you the foundations early, so you spend your time building the bond, not managing problems later.

Why we built it

We've raised many puppies ourselves, from day one through adolescence. We've also helped countless rescue dogs and adolescent pups who were struggling to settle into their new homes — mouthing, crate training, separation anxiety, the whole range. We know how much work it takes once these problems are well established, and how much harder it gets once the dog is older — sometimes it's a lifetime of management. On top of that, we work daily in advanced obedience and behavior modification for reactivity and aggression, so we know exactly where those problems come from. K9 Fundamentals puts that experience to work early, so you can spend that time building the bond instead.
